If you are on your way to Barcelona and you want to be located in a quieter area, away from the bustle of the central city, then give this beautiful studio in La Font d'en Fargues a shot! The floor not only looks amazing, but it feels very cozy. It has a bedroom area that has everything you need to have a comfortable student life, an equipped kitchen where you can prepare your daily meals with ease and a bathroom. You will also have a very nice terrace where you can relax and enjoy the weather. You will be near several transport links so moving around the city is easy and not far from the Parc del Guinardó. This studio is in the same property where the landlord lives, but has an independent entrance to the studio. NOTE: The price includes laundry of the towels and bed linen once a week. And tenant can use the washing machine just once a week
