4 rooms in totalSuper well located 4-bedroom apartment in the Sagrada Familia area, a very quiet area and very well connected to transport. It is a first floor with two elevators. In the apartment there are all the amenities in appliances, Internet and everything you need to live comfortably. In the bedroom the bed is double with vixcolatex mattress, vixcolatex aloe vera pillow, three-piece wardrobe and air fan. Common areas to share with the landlady and the other tenants, in the kitchen you have space in the pantry, a drawer for frozen foods and another for vegetables in the fridge. There is everything you need to prepare your meals: toaster, sandwich maker, mixer, electric and traditional coffee maker. One bathroom is for the landlady's personal use and the other is to be shared with the other 2 tenants. You'll be sharing an apartment with a 22-year-old girl, a 31-year-old boy and the owner. There are two subway lines: metro line 2 and metro line. Many bus lines that lead directly to Plaza Cataluña, Plaza España, Ciudad Universitaria and other parts of the city of Barcelona. The farm where the apartment is located is surrounded by supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, ice cream shops and next to two large parks. Examples of transport and distances: 5" walk from Paseo de San Juan 10" at the foot of Av. Diagonal 20" to the Las Glorias shopping center. By bus line 23, to Rambla Marítima 20, beach. Two bus lines 33 and 34 direct to Zona Universitaria. 3 bus lines direct to Plaza Catalunya. Metro line 5blue two stops on Av Diagonal, 3 stops on Paseo de Gracias Metro line 2 direct to Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Cataluña. NOTE: 25 euros per month are paid separately for cleaning products and the cleaning of common areas once a week.
