The living room leads out to a spectacular terrace of 8m2 fully furnished with nice and unobstructed views of the city. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of 3 exterior double rooms. The bedrooms have sheets and closets to store what is needed.
