Expenses:included Wi-Fi , but it is not included the Water,Gas and electricity. For example: if you there are 2 or 3 people you must pay 50 each person. Rental conditions: - warranty: 400 EUR. - It is not alowed not Couples. Not Pets. Not smoke/drugs. -You must clean the common areas every time you get dirty. kitchen, living room and bathroom.-We do not process NIE or do registration at the town hall.
