The Bedroom: Spacious and bright private double room with balcony and key lock overlooking one of the most emblematic streets of Barcelona (Carrer de Ferran). On the corner with Las Ramblas, just in front of Plaça Reial, 1 minute walk from the metro stop Liceu (L1) and 10 minutes walk from the beach. It has a work area with internet connection of 600mb/s and an open concept closet with 6 drawers and clothes hangers of two heights. The room includes a set of terrace table and chairs, standing mirror and radiator // Please note that: The deposit is equal to the highest month of rent. Admin fee can be paid at the check-in // The Tenant must pay at the beginning of his/her stay a Welcome Service fee of €250 to cover the costs of drafting and signing the legal rental Agreement, supply of two pillows, two cushions, duvet (supplied during the autumn-winter season), blanket, a set of sheets and two towels // In case the Tenants are a couple, the Welcome Service, which includes management, a second pair of towels, and a second copy of keys, will be increased by €100 // Departure service: In the last month of the agreement, a final cleaning fee of €125 will be charged, which includes deep cleaning and disinfection of the entire room, fridge, and pantry. The shallow cleaning of the room, as well as emptying and cleaning the shelves of the refrigerator, pantry, and other spaces used in the common areas, is the responsibility of the Tenant before departure. Failure to comply with this final cleaning will be penalized w/ €50.
