El inmueble se ubica en un cuarto piso con un agradable balcon terraza con vista. La vivienda cuenta con un amplio y luminoso salón comedor con 3 baños, 2 de ellos en suite y 3 dormitorios en total. Zona muy bien comunicada con el transporte público, a 2 minutos a pie de la estación de metro "Paseo de Gracia" L3, estación de tren del mismo nombre, numerosas líneas de buses y acceso a carreteras principales.
