Todas as divisões têm uma janela e uma excelente exposição solar. O quarto foi renovado e tem janelas com vidro duplo. As áreas comuns são espaçosas e acolhedoras, um salão interior, uma marquise e uma varanda. A cozinha é nova e totalmente equipada. Todas as casas de banho são novas. Espaço com muita luz natural e vistas desafogadas, num 2 piso elevado. Pagamento do 1 e do último mês contratado, mais uma caução de 200 no momento do check-in. A caução é devolvida no final da estadia garantindo que o quarto e as instalações estão no mesmo estado em que foram alugadas. Preferência a estadias de 2 semestres.
