Welcome to Florence! This charming apartment for rent is located a few steps from the majestic Basilica of Santa Croce and the renowned Bargello Museum. Its privileged location will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty and history of this fascinating city. The apartment features a large living room, where you can relax after a day of exploration, and a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals inspired by the rich Florentine culinary tradition. The double bedroom is cozy and romantic, providing a peaceful retreat for a rejuvenating night's rest. The bathroom with shower is modern and functional, equipped with everything necessary to satisfy your daily needs. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
