If you are not a student, the NIF is mandatory. If you're looking for a room in a newly refurbished apartment close to the metro, this one between Campo Pequeno and Areeiro is perfect for you! This is a great neighbourhood, in a well-served location that is filled with cafés, restaurants and shops. You'll also be within walking distance of Instituto Superior Técnico. This flat has seven bedrooms, one common bathroom, a WC and a kitchen, which features an enclosed balcony where you can have your meals! All the bedrooms are comfortable, bright and large, with a lovely décor that will help you relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need to cook your favourite meals. Nice, big room. Cleaning lady every week or twice a week (cleaning only common areas). Good for people who don't want party in their apartment. No living room unfortunatelly. The kitchen is medium size, might be too small for 8 people. Most of tenants were Portuguese people, I was only erasmus student.
