Moved out in June 2016 · 10 to 19 years · UndergraduateFor me the only advantage of this room is the location, it was ideal for me going to my school. But I arrived in February and it was cold outside and, as I am French, I was hoping to find heating because it is a basic thing in my country and I could not imagine that a European country do not have central heating everywhere! Futhermore, there was no central heating anywhere in the appartment and it was very cold, even in the bathroom where hot water took something 15 minutes to come. I find the place dirty and other roomates did not wash their dishes! There is no natural light in the appartment so you live all the day in the dark, even when it is sunny outside, and there is lots of noise in the room because the window give on a patio which it is shared with all the building included the restaurant which throw everything every day at midnight, 1 hour in the morning, and with automatic light of the patio you just can't sleep at all! I really do not recommand you this place!!! rude landlord, cold and noisy place!!!

Moved out in December 2015 · 40 to 49 years · ProfessionalIt's close to everything, the area is amazing, always clean, they're always changing the bed linen! The biggest struggle is that the living room is practically inexistent and we hang around in the kitchen most of the times
