The room is exactly how it looks like, equipped with everything you need (also a heater for winter). Perfect location. The house is kept quite clean and we didn't have any special problem during one year. What I underlined during the whole year, without success, is that 2 fires out of 4 are not working. This HAS to be fixed since up to 6-7 people live in the house. I think the price is not completely convenient, but ok.
