If all you want is a place to call your own, then this apartment in lively Bairro Alto is the right choice. You will be staying in a modern and well-furnished flat in the heart of the city. This means you will be within walking distance to several cool nightlife areas, shops, amazing restaurants and cultural attractions! It is very close to the bars in Bairro Alto but the apartment NOT in a noisy area/street.It features a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment has a fiber optic LAN, 50 "screen and 100 TV channels. I also inform you that we do not issue a lease agreement or official income receipts, only support what is shown on the Uniplaces website and the entire transaction is done on a basis of mutual trust!

The apartment is very pleasant and allows you to feel comfortable, it's fully equipped and is located on a quiet street in the Bairro Alto neighborhood, where you are unlikely to be disturbed by noises. The owner of the apartment is very helpful and kind, ready to help immediately whenever you need.

Apartment is as advertised, very nice landlord who is always available in case of need. I spend close to 4 months in this apartment - it is very close to the bars in Bairro Alto but the apartment NOT in a noisy area/street.
