Recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment and a walk in closet. It's in a wealthy neighborhood, full of commerce and services right by the door. The apartment is very quiet, it's the 7th and last floor so no neighbors across or above. There are lots of windows overviewing the rooftops and filling all the rooms with tones of light and it has good quality shutters. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need to live in it, including small appliances, cookware, plates, towels, etc. A big flat screen TV is installed with cable service and there's wireless internet. A cleaning lady will visit twice per month. About the elevator, it's important to mention that it only goes up to the 6th floor then you need to take a flight of stairs to the 7th.
