Moved out in July 2019 · 20 to 29 years · InternshipLocation The apartment is located in a quiet and familiar area, 7-10 minutes far only the train station. All what you need is very close, such as for instance different typologies of supermarkets like Pingo doce (you have 2 in 5 minutes) or Lidl or Continente. It's a very safe area thanks to the people who live here that, as i said before, are mainly families. You have the Parede beach 10-15 minutes far from the apartment, but you have every beach you desire thanks to the train which is perfect connected with all the coast of lisbon, from Cais do Sodre to Cascais. Therefore you don't suffer the distance from Lisbon being only 20-25 minutes far taking train. In front of the flat, you have also an enjoyable park that you can see from the windows of the kitchen. Owners They are always available remaining in contact with you for each need you could have. Beatriz especially, take care carefully both of the house and of the flatmates too, with kindness and great professionalism. Apartment The house has been restructered recently so it's new at all; the kitchen is amazing because well illuminated and furnished of fridges (two), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mixer, stoves and oven. The Living room is the typical Ikea bedroom with two comfortable sofà and TV: it's perfect to share with others flatmates. My room (the double one) is amazing too thanks to the windows that let enter much illumination: it's furnished of two bed, two tables and a big wardrobe. The bathrooms are new as well, all furnished of great space for shower.
