Beautiful fully furnished and renovated two bedroom apartment with lots of natural light in a re-modeled art deco building in Heróis do Quionga street. Very well located about 5 minutes walk from the metro in Praça do Chile and other public transport. The street is just off Morais Soares Avenue which has many restaurants, cafe's, shops and other services. The apartment is on a second floor with no elevator. It consists of a lounge, two bedrooms, a bathroom, balcony room next to the kitchen and a kitchen equipped with the following dish washer, microwave, electric hob and oven, fume extractor and refrigerator. Top hinged Windows which can open slightly, wooden shutters for the bedroom windows, thermic isolation, Wifi internet and digital pre-programmable heaters.

The apartment was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable there, it has everything you need. Roger is very helpful and always available if there are any problems or questions. The connection to the green metro line is also great, so you can get anywhere in the city quickly.
