The location was great, very close to a metro stop of both the green and yellow line which bring you to the city centre in 15min. Room,kitchen and bath were big enough and the window looks directly on the "square" outside. The area is safe and calm. The house can be a bit noisy and old-looking.

After 1 and a half years spent at this house, the most important constructive criticism is that the landlord multiple times came to the house and stayed for over 1 week without any notice, and he should advertise this on his offer so that future tenants know that it can happen before they book it.
