Moved out in August 2016 · 20 to 29 years · InternshipI loved my room and my balcony! The whole apartment was well furnished and clean. The Saldanha metro stop is just a few minutes away, making the apartment very accessible to all of Lisbon. Very very safe neighborhood- I felt comfortable coming home at all times of the day! Overall amazing experience here and would go back in a heartbeat!

Moved out in January 2017 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateI paid 354, so I guess by now the price has gone up, as they do all over Lisbon at the moment. The location is perfect, especially for students of Nova SBE, Nova IMS. My room (the one with the red chair) was located at the end of a hallway to the right and facing the patio. I shared walls with the bathroom and one other bedroom. It is I think the best room in the appartment in terms of privacy. Luckily, this room has a closed little balcony area, so there is a small buffer between the bedroom and outside. In winter as in summer this will keep the temperature at a nice level and also the small heater will be enough. Nevertheless, bring warm clothes to wear at home because the apartment in general is always colder than outside. The room has a built-in closet and a dresser so there is enough room for your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might want to cook, bake, store food, clean dishes or clothes. That was very convenient and a big plus. Now some minor annoying things that are good to know but would not have changed my mind about booking this room because overall it was perfect: -The mattress is super thin, like 15 cm. But if you don't mind lying on hard surfaces you're fine. -In the room in the apartment above kids and a dog are sleeping and it is very noisy, so you shouldn't mind that. But they can be heard throughout all the bedrooms in the apartment because kids and dogs love to run around. (and practice the recorder). Overall I was really glad I booked the room (and I did so 4 months in advance) and I had a great stay.

Moved out in June 2016 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateThe bedroom was very comfortable! I stayed there for 6 months and I was very glad I chose this room and apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect, the only issue I had with the bedroom was that it can get pretty cold during the winter. But this can be solved with adequate clothing or a little oven.
