Moved out in May 2018 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateOverall, I have very positive impressions after living in the place for 5 months. It is the good place to live if quietness is the priority. The place is situated close to the subway station, so it is easy to get to almost any district in Lisbon, and at the same time quite far from the center, so it is a rather calm district. Things I liked: The room is quite nice, spacious and bright; It is very close to Jardim Zoologico metro station; The landlord was very helpful and in the majority of cases approachable. We were able to easily solve all the issues we had; There were not that many people living in the flat. Things I was not very happy about: The place is a bit far from the city center; The windows were looking on the street and the zoo, so sometimes it was noisy at night; There were no common room.

Moved out in December 2017 · 20 to 29 years · PostgraduateIt was a good place to live in until late November, because then nights became pretty cold and absence of central heating made it unbearable to be in the room: it was literally freezing, mini-heater did not help us, we survived with all our clothes on. But the rest was really good - read below. As for the location, it is pretty good: very close to metro, many buses (it takes 10 minutes to NOVA SBE for instance), from the balcony one will see the Lisbon zoo (expect some night noise and smells, but they are neither irritating nor critical). It is also not that far from Praca de Espanha which is the buses' departure point to Costa da Caparica (one of the best surfing places near Lisbon). The apartments are refurbished and equipped with new furniture & technic. Everything is in very good condition. Cleanliness is maintained thanks to cleaning Lady who comes couple times per week and washes floors, dishes, surfaces in toilets and kitchen. As for your own rooms, you need to clean it yourself. All in all, it was a great place and time until winter times. If only a heating system existed in the house, it would be ideal for living.

Moved out in July 2017 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateThe apartment seems recently renewed. My room was exactly as I expected, plus it was really nice having the view to the zoo. The bathrooms are very clean and bright. Plus the landlord is very accommodating and nice.
