4 rooms in totalBel appartement T4 avec vue imprenable sur la ville de Graça et le château. 4 chambres dont 2 simples et 2 doubles mais toutes pour 1 femme chacune, une belle cuisine avec un joli balcon, un canapé-lit, 2 salles de bains, une à partager pour 3 personnes et une pour la chambre avec salle de bains privative. Quartier très calme, à 5 minutes à pied du Metro Intendant ou Martim Moniz. Restaurants, bars, supermarchés, magasins tout autour. Ce n'est pas un quartier touristique mais une vraie vie portugaise. Nous avons l'obligation de conclure un contrat officiel après la réservation sur Uniplaces.
