You'll be living quite close to Intendente metro station and within reach of both Faculdade De Ciencias Medicas Da Universidade Nova De Lisboa and UAL - Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. Good standard of the rooms, a bit lower standard in for example the kitchen and bathrooms. Also it could be pretty loud at nights but of course that depends on your roommates.
