Cozinha equipada com fogão, forno, frigorífico, placa eléctrica e microondas. Há também máquina de lavar roupa e secar disponível. A limpeza dos quartos é semanal com mudança da roupa de cama e dos atoalhados. A limpeza das áreas comuns é diária.
