Resumindo, estarás numa localização ótima! Localizado perto da estação de metro do Saldanha, assim como de diversos bares, restaurantes, lojas de designers e do centro comercial, este adorável apartamento de seis quartos oferece-te conforto e ambiente pacífico, onde poderás dedicar-te aos estudos e descansar após um longo dia a explorar os melhores sítios de Lisboa. Tens também uma simples mas confortável sala de estar onde tu e os teus colegas de casa se podem sentar, enquanto decidem quem é sortudo que irá cozinhar, o que não será um problema uma vez que estão fornecidos de uma cozinha totalmente equipada que aguenta todo o tipo de cozinhados e, por último, duas casas de banho. É importante que saibas que para além da limpeza semanal das zonas comuns, é feita uma limpeza quinzenal aos quartos com mudança de lençóis. Enquanto residente, és diretamente responsável pelas ações de quaisquer convidados que tragas para a propriedade e, como tal, será responsabilizado por quaisquer danos que possam ocorrer. Os hóspedes são bem-vindos durante o dia ou à noite, mas não podem pernoitar. Caso queiras ter um parente direto a dormir no teu quarto, precisas pedir permissão ao Supervisor do Apartamento. The flat and room was really clean and cosy, I loved 3.5 months spent there! The only disadvantage was window coming out for the 'patio' right above restaurant, so sometimes the smell from restaurant was coming into the room.
