If you are coming to Lisbon to pursue your studies, this apartment is a great opportunity! Located in the Santos neighborhood and surrounded by many cultural sites, shops, restaurants and bars. With elegant décor and modern furnishings and a total of three bedrooms, a functional kitchen, a bathroom and a well-decorated living room. In addition, you'll be quite close to IADE - Creative University. And you are at a 5 min walk from the train station that takes you to NOVA School of Business and Economics, in Carcavelos. 24900AL. Dear guest, please note that since January 2016 a city tax per person per night is not included in the total price of the stay and must be paid upon check-in. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and over. The tax has been set at EUR 4 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay.
