Moved out in June 2018 · 30 to 39 years · ProfessionalI loved my room. I really did:spacious and comfortable with a huge window. The bathroom is ok and the kitchen is pretty small but is sufficient. Recommended!

Moved out in August 2018 · 20 to 29 years · ProfessionalThe place is well located and the bedroom have room to stay confortable. The kitchen is quite small (specially if 2 people are there at the same time) so needs to be arranged to have only one person using it at the time to avoid being too tight. The laundry machine advertised was not a real laundry machine, it was a portable one where you put some water and simulate the centrifugation, then that same dirty water is manually dumped into the shower where you take a bath. There are many payable laundry services around the house but shouldn't be advertised as facility in the website or may mislead who is going to rent. The only available place to put the clothes was also inside the shower in the bathroom so it would take some more time and if someone take a shower during that time the clothes were there it would wet them again. I think the place is quite good to stay for a visit but it needs some change to be adapted to a long term stay where you need some more accomodation besides the room.
