It is located near the Colégio Militar metro station and is served by several bus lines. Come and discover Lisbon! Note: The landlord does not live on the property but goes to the apartment once or twice a week. 1) Be friends with animals, especially dogs. However, access to animals that may interact negatively with a small dog, which the landlord has and that sometimes (usually on weekends) may be present, is prohibited. 2) Free access to all common parts of the apartment. 3) Young and very familiar environment, so we like those who like to live together and share their environment. 4) For foreign customers: A guided tour of Lisbon and its surroundings, by car/Für Ausländer: Eine Stadtführung durch Lissabon und Umgebungen, mit einem Auto/For foreigners: A guided visit through Lisbon by car.
