Good place with all the basics you need. Central location. The only disadvantage is the mom of the landlandy comes every 2 saturdays to change the sheets and for me was really uncomfortable to interact with her. Language problems and was stressful at the end. The rest is good,

The place is really good, clean and tidy. The landlord is nice and always available. The place is really close (less than 1min walk) to the Martim Moniz metro Station and is also close to some supermarkets. We were a group of three friends and stayed there for 5 months. We had a good time there and we recommend this place.
