Moved out in June 2018 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateThe apartment has a great location. It is just two walking minutes away from the Metro station Alameda. It is very modern and the kitchen has pretty much all the equipment you need. The little inside balcony is a highlight of the apartment and a nice place for relaxing and enjoying some sun. All in all I was very satisfied with this place. Though, I have to criticize a few things. The ad from Uniplaces said that the apartment gets cleaned once a week. This was not the case. My roommates and I had to make our own cleaning schedule. Also six people in total can live in the apartment. This was not clear when I rented my room. The room itself is very nice, I loved the beautiful wooden floor and the interior. Unfortunately the window doesn't let daylight in, because it is oriented towards the kitchen. The noise threshold is very high and I had to sleep with earplugs very often. In the end I really enjoyed my stay here and my roommates were wonderful people. I really recommend this apartment to you!

Moved out in January 2018 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateI highly recommend this apartment! It looked exactly like the photos, if not better. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathrooms are spacious and enough for 6 people. The room is lovely and gives you enough privacy. The location of the apartment is great, close to bus stops and Alameda metro station (green and red line), Pingo Doce and Continente supermarkets, banks and pharmacies. The only downside is that it can get cold in the winter months, like in every other apartment in Lisbon. However, we had heaters and blankets provided and never had a problem with the electricity bill also.

Moved out in May 2017 · 20 to 29 years · PostgraduateThe landlord was very nice and called often just to know if everything is good! I really loved it!! It was an amazing experience! The location was perfect, near the metro and supermarket! I will love to come back!
