3 rooms in totalBefore listing the house rules, I would like to introduce myself. I am André, your host. I live in the house and have a dog and a cat, both very docile. The house has only 3 bedrooms and ALWAYS ONLY 3 residents. It is a calm and peaceful environment for people with NORMAL life and habits. Now follow the rules, designed to make our interaction as sociable and healthy as possible during your stay: 1 - Smoking is PROHIBITED anywhere in the apartment; 2 - Avoid making noise or listening to sound devices at HIGH volume. Avoid talking on the cell phone aloud or video calls, besides the apartment being small it is to preserve the discretion of your private matters. There are no check-in and check-out times, access is always free, just be very careful when entering or leaving late so as not to disturb other residents and neighbors. Try to be quiet when entering and leaving your room and apartment, and when opening and closing the doors, as there may be someone resting while you are awake. Every time you leave the apartment, close the windows and doors, including the kitchen window; 3 - Keep your bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen CLEAN. The common areas of the apartment will be cleaned approximately three times a week; 4 - When using the bathroom, be brief, as there is ONLY one in the house, avoid wasting water by closing the shower when soaping up and keep the toilet lid CLOSED; 5 - When using the kitchen, wash the dishes and utensils you use and clean the stove immediately after use, ALWAYS. FRIED FOODS are not allowed. It is allowed to use the kitchen only to heat/prepare semi-finished foods (cooking is prohibited). When using the microwave, use the lid on your plate, so as not to dirty the inside of the oven and if dirty, CLEAN. When you are in the kitchen preparing your meal, keep the kitchen door CLOSED, so as not to leave the apartment smelling of your food. DO NOT SLAM cabinet doors, try to be discreet and quiet. When the trash is full, remove and close the bag, place another bag and dump the full one in the bin outside the house. You cannot use the washing machine; 6 - Personal hygiene material is the responsibility of each one; 7 - If you lose your keys, contact us immediately, I have the copies securely stored; 8 - The rooms are individual, visitors are prohibited and it is PROHIBITED to bring companions to sleep. It is also forbidden to hold crowds of people or parties; 9 - It is forbidden to take decorative pieces from their proper places, move furniture from its original positions, drill holes in the walls to add other decorations, or remove any piece from the apartment and take it outside; 10 - It is forbidden to light candles and incense inside the apartment, for your own safety; 11 - Electricity, water and gas bills are included in the room rent, provided that they are within the normal usage standards (measured by the average monthly consumption). Avoid waste, so that it is not necessary to pass on the excess amount. 12 - After using the stove, always make sure that you close the gas register properly to avoid accidents and for everyone's safety; 13 - Rents are always paid in advance of the month, always on the first day of each month. In cases of extreme urgency, such as recurring non-compliance with the rules, incidents involving police, or if the host feels assaulted, disrespected, or whose safety and integrity are threatened, immediate eviction may be requested. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Grateful for your understanding, Your host
