This apartment has four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with access to an enclosed balcony and a bathroom. The available bedroom is really cosy and the kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the appliances you'll need to prepare your meals. You'll be close to several amenities - such as cafés, restaurants and stores! Please note that electricity consumption is shared between the 4 tenants and you will have to pay the first rent, last rent and security deposit. Plus, a non-refundable service charge of €100 is required.
