Moved out in January 2019 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateI would like to start with something positive and go into the verygood location of the flat. That's all for me to be honest. The landlord was very uncommunicative. The whole interior was very old and partly not functional. Direct daylight is only about 30 minutes per day. Good luck.

Moved out in December 2018 · 20 to 29 years · PostgraduateThe location is great but apart from that the apartment and the room do not justify the price. The room is extremely small, the bed is not really a bed but rather a self-constructed frame with a 10 year old mattress. The apartment is in the basement which means there is no light and it's constantly humid in the rooms. It's loud because you enter the room from the street. Furthermore, the landlord does not allow electrical heaters in winter.
