More about the contractThe location is good, the building is really old however and the lift was broken from time to time. The apartment was decorated well but was a bit dark at times. The hot water was an issue for over a week where we had none, and then the shower floor didn't drain properly so sometimes you'd be in a few inches of dirty water while having a shower.
