It's brand new redone, fully furnished and equiped, Very good matress. bath and kitchen linen You have a laundry per floor of the building with all you need washing machine, dryer, iron, etc... shared with the 3 other studios guests renting in the ground floor. The place is perfectly located , 200m from SALD ANHA subway, with all comodities supermarkets, bakery, all around the building. The building patio is accesible only to guests from the ground floor and as long as they respect the quietness of the place. Parties in the patio or bringuing people there from the outside is totally forbidden. Since it's a familly buiding, we ask guests to be respectfull of the quietness.
