Atualmente, ele é usado apenas pelo proprietário que deseja compartilhar o apartamento com apenas mais um hóspede. Fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé do metro do Lumiar, mas perto de alguns autocarros da Carris: 768, 43B, 44B e 703. De qualquer forma, esse local é mais adequado para quem utilize carro, pois o estacionamento é gratuito. De Uber, leva aproximadamente 20 minutos para chegar ao centro da cidade. A casa está muito bem equipada e tem um magnífico terraço que pode ser usado da primavera ao outono. Só é permitido fumar no terraço. O quarto inclui um WC para uso exclusivo do hóspede. 100 euros por mês devem ser pagos pelas despesas.
