5 rooms in totalWe designed the house to be a space where socializing is possible. We have a small living room with a 3-seater sofa and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used. Next to the kitchen, we have a pleasant area with a table and chairs where meals can be enjoyed. The house has 2 bathrooms. One spacious indoor bathroom and another smaller one with an external window. To share, we have a small library. 3rd and top floor of a corner building on a central avenue in Lisbon. The building dates back to the late fifties. The residents of the building are quiet families. In the vicinity of the building, there are several parks and green areas. Within 100 meters of the house, there is an excellent bakery, various restaurants serving Portuguese cuisine, grocery stores, hair salons, and barbershops. Also a supermarket is located 200 meters away. Pharmacy is 100 meters far. Laundry is also available. Train: 600 meters, Metro: 800 meters, Bus: Several options within next to door to 50 meters.
