The other section is closed off, has own bathroom and is only occasionally occupied by the landlady, who is studies and works abroad. Room includes: 2 sets of linen, 2 duvets, 2 bath towels, double bed, desk, office chair, chair, desk lamp, heater, fan, dustbin. Rent includes all bills up to 80 euros/month, any excess to be paid aside. Central, funky location opposite Intendente. Great access to universities and Chiado/Bairro Alto walking/metro/tram/buses. Currently the municipality is carrying out engineering work in the neighbourhood between 9-17 weekdays. Double-glazed windows minimise noise. Beautiful Largo do Intendente right opposite, supermarkets, groceries, cafés, good and cheap restaurants 2 min away.
