Sunny, beautiful, and comfortable 55 square meter apartment in Graça, just in the center of Lisbon. Graça is a historic and vibrant neighbourhood located in the heart of Lisbon. Very close to public transportation, 2 minute walk to the closest subway station and several buses, 1 minute walk to 28 tramway. There are a lot of small shops, cafés, a laundromat, supermarkets and very nice restaurants - make sure you ask me for tips if you decide to stay at this apartment - all within walking distance. There is a brand new funicular, so you can effortlessly go up to Miradouro da Graça and enjoy one of the best views of Lisbon. Or you can take the stairs and enjoy it anyway! The apartment has just been thoroughly renovated and it's fully equipped with brand new appliances and furniture.
