Moved out in January 2018 · 20 to 29 years · PostgraduateEverything was as in the pictures. I was there in January. The washing machine is shared with other two apartments. The kitchen is well equipped (although small), but I would have liked to have a toaster. There is no central heating, but the landlord provided me with some portable heaters. The windows are not really well prepared for the cold, with no kind of thermal insulation. That was something I would have expected for the price. The apartment was in a first floor. The access to the street is very easy and the location is superb. Everything you need is at hand. There are two supermarkets just some meters away, metro, bus, taxi, a shopping centre.... The move out was very easy-going and I got my deposit refunded without major issues. All in all, I would definitely recommend it.
