It is located on a 4th floor with elevator in a gated community with 24-hour security, is equipped and furnished and the rental includes a parking space. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, storage area and lobby with drying rack. All rooms have a balcony and a front view of the São Jorge Castle. Live in a vibrant, eclectic and cosmopolitan area, with access to dozens of restaurants and all the commerce of Lower Lisbon. Right in the heart of the city, in Praça Martim Moniz, the area is served by all transports, namely the Martim Moniz metro green line, buses, trains and trams, including the famous 28.
