The location is perfect, near two metro stations (Areeiro and Alameda) and very close to Instituto Superior Técnico. There are restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, laundries and pharmacies nearby. The apartment is located in a residential area (second floor and there is elevator), so it is very quiet and there aren't many tourists (the prices are better). The bed is very comfortable and you can cook your own meal since the kitchen is well equipped. The Internet is very fast and cable TV is available. There is no washing machine, but there is a good laundry less than 100 metres from the apartment.

The apartment is in a really good location, with the choice of a few different metro and train stations all within 5-10 mins walk, It seems to be a very safe area. cost of UBER from Airport is only 5e! There is a beautiful small garden (praca) in front of the apartment block with fab trees, shrubs and bushes and the smell is divine! A great place to sit with a coffee in the morning. The apartment is on the second floor and there is a working lift (which in my experience is a rarity in Lisboa)! The apartment is absolutely EXTRA SPOTLESS!! and half way through my stay, a maid was provided by the landlord to do 2 hours cleaning, there is no washing machine, however there is a Laundry 3mins away! The bed is extremely comfortable and despite there being no wardrobe there is plenty of under bed storage space and a chest of drawers. A point to note, If you are planning on 'cooking', the cooker is only a 2 ring hob, no oven! however, a Microwave and Toaster are provided and Dinner only costs 7-12e per person in most restaurants in Lisboa!

The apartment was even better than on the pictures. Instead of the matrace there was a bed with several space to pack your things and also they bought a warderobe, so we had plenty of space to our clotches. We ejnoyed staying in the apartment, the kitchen was fully equipped: lot of mugs, pots and bowls. One thing is missing but it is listed: the was no oven. It made a little harder the cooking for us, but we managed it.
