About this apartment

Water, electricity, cable TV, Amazon prime, HBO MAX and internet wifi throughout the flat and double gigabyte ethernet plugs in the bedrooms. Every 15 days cleaning of the private bathrooms and once per week cleaning of the communal areas of the flat. Possible cleaning packages specific to each guest. We don't accept smokers all the rooms in the flat have smoke and fire detectors and we accept 1 guest per guest during the day. A guest can sleep in the guest's room for free for 4 nights a month, from the 4th night onwards there is a charge of 30 per night. guests are not allowed in the double room overnight.

I have no doubt in saying that it was the best I have ever stayed in around the world, it is very well located, the place is quiet and very close to the center, Nuno, the owner of the place, welcomed me in a spectacular way, I really couldn't have chosen a better place to be in Lisbon.

The apartment is one of the cleanest you will find in the center of Lisbon. It is modern with good equipment. The location was perfect for me since you can still walk almost everywhere but also have the metro in front. The only thing I would say is about interior climate. It gets quite warm inside.

The apartment is exactly how the photos shows. The space is very good, with a complete kitchen and living spaces. The location is great, close to the bus, tram and metro stations. There is two good supermarkets nearby and some bar and restaurants. Nuno, the landlord, is always available.
