It is located in Costa da Guia, a 5-minute drive from the historical center, with its local shops, outdoor restaurants, bakeries, and bars, as well as the calm waters beaches of Costa do Estoril, the Marina, and the Naval Club of Cascais. It is also very close, a 5-minute drive, to one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho Beach, internationally known for surf, windsurf, kite surfing, and more recently, paddle surfing.
