Moved out in August 2021 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateThe room is ideal for a couple: very spacious! We feel at home! The common areas are also a good size. The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to markets, subway stations, shops and close to many tourist places. The landlord always answered us, he was very helpful and active!

Como eu disse e comentei anteriormente nos questionários da Uniplaces. Meu senhorio é muito participativo, presente e prestativo. Não tenho o que me queixar desta casa que estou morando e fazendo dela meu lar.

Moved out in December 2017 · 20 to 29 years · OtherWe loved the fact that it was all very new and modern, all very clean and well equipped (great showers!). The flat was quite big, even considering the ten people living there, and very well ventilated. Our bedroom had the everything we needed, perfect for a young couple like us. We just weren't prepared for the noise coming from the main road to our bedroom, but it was a small price to pay for the location of the flat. The closest metro station was closed, but the next one was 5 minutes away. Two of main chains of supermarkets just around the corner, not counting the great number of small shops on our doorstep. We had a great time in the flat and it felt like home. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to live in Lisbon.
