About this apartment
Located in Saldanha, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the metro( Saldanha – Yellow/Red line), bus stops. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient. IST (Instituto Superior Técnico) is located within 13 min by walking.
The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 10 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. All bills are included up to 25 euros/month. Cleaning service in common areas for 25 euros/month. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided.
How does our Reservation Process work:
Once your room is booked here, you will receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to prepare the contract. You must then proceed with paying the last rent, deposit and entry fee directly to the landlord. Your check-in is authorized ONLY 24h after this payment is confirmed in our bank account and the contract is signed.
Our check-ins are from Monday to Saturday from 4pm until 7:30pm. No check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.

All is so good, this is in a central location, many restaurants, public transport and so on... The apartament is so big and confortable, with a large and beautiful kitchen. My room is I bit cold, but it´s ok. I really like this place. Unfortunately my contract ends in August.
