Escape to our two-bedroom apartment in a vibrant and cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Lisbon. Unveil a modern space where ample storage, a fully equipped kitchen that beckons your inner chef and a charming balcony await. Relax in any season as the air conditioning effortlessly cools or warms each room. Immerse yourself in the natural light that floods through the windows, illuminating the modern yet understated décor. This apartment is on the second floor of a building with no elevator. It is located on a very pleasant and tranquil living environment, but with easy access to all amenities and points of interest in the city. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and closet and another with a single bed convertible into two and wardrobe, so you will have plenty of space to store and organise. Both have air conditioning and desks so you can work comfortably. You will find a cosy sofa and a Flat Screen TV so you can relax at the end of the day. There's a dining table for 4 to comfortably enjoy your meals. The air conditioning will allow you to climate the space to your liking! A fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine coffee not included. A small but pleasant balcony, ideal to enjoy your morning coffee and our warm weather. The apartment has one modern bathroom with shower.
