You are within walking distance of other picturesque City Neighborhoods such as Chiado Bairro Alto and Baixa. Balcony overlooking the Elevator da Bica and Rio Tejo. Has Cable Tv. net - wireless. Has local businesses right beside the house. The Ribeira market, a market with Alma, where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit ... fish, meat, flowers etc. .. A little further down, the pier Sodré has a ferry for Cacilhas, where you can have dinner in the evening, with a beautiful view of Lisbon. Beside the train station to Cascais, sea area with the beaches of Estoril Coast. If you go to Cascais, you can rent a bike at no cost and you can go to Guincho beach, one of the most beautiful beaches. The house is on the street Bica, a very dynamic street. The elevator da Bica is right next to the Bairro Alto.
