Owned entirely by us, this floor can accommodate up to 12 residents across two apartments, making it ideal for group living arrangements among friends or family. This apartment has 5 bedrooms, three of which have AC. A separate living room provides space for social gatherings, and the dedicated kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and washing machine. There are front and back terraces, providing an opportunity for al fresco living.
