Moved out in July 2018 · 20 to 29 years · InternshipThe bedroom itself is quite spacious and good, but the furniture are just random "leftovers". The description of the bedroom is very accurate, and the room was ok, however, there was no sofa, only an old chair. The balcony was also very cold and at times humid, so I took the desk inside and bought separate furniture to store my clothes in. However, the common area did not live up to the expectations. The kitchen is badly equipped with random bits of leftover cutlery (not a place for people who actually likes to cook). The "living room" was a table and two high chairs in the hallway. Be also aware that technically it is not a flat of four people. It is one bigger flat divided into two, so in total there are six people sharing electricity and water, which at times could be a bit problematic (power going off, no hot water). Alameda is on the other side a very decent area. There's a laundromat and a grocery store just across the street, and both Alameda and Areeiro metro stations are close by. The city center is only a short metro trip away, and you find pretty much everything you need nearby.

Moved out in January 2018 · 20 to 29 years · ProfessionalWe had a great experience in this room. João was our landlord and he was always helpful and accessible to solve any problem. The neighbourhood is wonderful with everything close. The market Pingo Doce is just 5 minutes walking, the laundry also 2 minutes walking, the metro station Areeiro is 5 minutes walking and you plenty of transports to all city very near. The room was clean and still had a TV. Surely we would go back to this room if we could. :) The only thing is that the kicthen is a little small and sometimes we needed to combine the hours to do our lunch or dinner. haha But, if you have a good spirit of living with other people, that won't be a problem.
