A very central location, with many nice restaurants nearby, less than 10 minutes walking to the riverside area and train station of Santos, 15 minutes from metro station of Rato and metro and train station of Cais Sodré. You will have a large closet, a balcony and, in general, a house with plenty of natural light in one of the most charming and lively areas of the city.
