This one-bedroom apartment is in a fully renovated building in a prime location in Avenidas Novas. Upon entering the apartment, you will be welcomed by an open concept living area, designed with comfort and style in mind. It’s spacious and airy, with large windows and plenty of natural light. You’ll love the sophisticated finishes, such as the wooden floors. The space is elegantly decorated and fully equipped. The bedroom is generously sized and furnished with very comfortable bedding, mattresses, and ample storage space. Other amenities include a coded lock, air conditioning, two televisions, Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry (washer and dryer), and a private balcony. The rental includes utilities (water, electricity, internet) and a mandatory weekly cleaning service, during which we will fully refresh the apartment and replace all linens and towels.
