It's fully furnished and equipped with appliances, cookware, kitchenware, bedding and bath towels. Ideal for who wants to stay longer in the city. At the neighbourhood you will find supermarkets and all kinds of trade and services. At the perpendicular street you will find public transportation (BUS) and you are 10 minutes walking from the Lumiar Metro station and 5 minutes walking from the Quinta das Conchas park. In the month rent value is included water, electricity, natural gas and internet. HOUSE RULES: – don't smoke – don't bring pets – don't do parties – don't make noise between 10PM until 7AM – leave the apartment kept and cleaned as you found it – isn't allowed more than 2 adult people living at the apartment
